Do you work with clients outside India?
Yes. We work with businesses in the UK, Europe, the US and the Middle East. Calls, documents and updates are in English, and our working hours overlap with UK, European and Gulf time zones.
How do you price projects?
After a discovery call we send a fixed-scope proposal with a clear timeline and price. For ongoing work we also offer a monthly dedicated-team model. Arvora products are sold as subscriptions.
Who owns the code and data?
You do. Once the project is paid for, the source code, designs and data are yours. We sign an NDA on request before any details are shared.
How do you keep our data secure?
We use encrypted connections, role-based access and separate environments for development and production. Access to your systems is limited to the people working on your project.
Can Arvora be customized for our business?
Yes. Every Arvora product works out of the box, and our engineering team can add integrations, workflows or features specific to your business.
What happens after launch?
We stay on. Support plans cover monitoring, fixes and small improvements, and we can keep building new features as your business grows.
A note from our founder
I started Shrexaa because good businesses are often held back by software that doesn't fit them: spreadsheets doing the job of an ERP, leads lost in WhatsApp, off-the-shelf tools bent out of shape.
We keep the team small and experienced. You talk to the people building your product, and I stay involved in every project we take on.
